Reservation through Agoda for the Amiana Resort Nathrang *Caution*

Hello, guys. 

Today, I'm gonna share the embarrassing story that I experienced when checking in to the Amiana Resort Nathrang.

I hope you do not experience this situation by reading my post.

I planned a week's trip to go to Nathrang in Vietnam with my family.

Since I want to have a peaceful time with my family while swimming in the beautiful ocean there, I had a reservation at the Amiana Resort which is one of the most popular resorts for Korean.

I used the Agoda website to reserve our stay since it showed a reasonable price with an event promotion.

It said that they will provide either free dinner for one night or 60 minutes of massage if we stay more than four days.

So I booked five days in the resort using the Agoda while asking for a late check-out service.

 

Over time, the day of our trip has come and I encountered an embarrassing check-in situation.

The staff of the resort said that she cannot provide those services since there is no word about that on our reservation confirmation.

I became so embarrassed that I called the service center of the Agoda website.

However, they said that they also cannot check that event promotion so they would not be able to provide us with the advantages.

I was so frustrated...There were a lot of reservation sites providing some advantages but I chose the Agoda for these advantages...

They said that they can provide us if we have a screenshot of the reservation benefits at the time.

Unfortunately, I didn't have it so we just give up the benefits while just consuming our time and emotion.

 

I understand that the staff of Agoda would not like to provide that benefits since they cannot check it.

However, I definitely had checked the advantages I got if I reserved using the Agoda.

I think there was some error on the website so it showed me the wrong event but it does not change anything.

I hope you can predict this awkward situation by reading my post.

Please, have a screenshot of your reservation benefits.

It is the only way you can prove your innocence.
